Google Instant Previews For Ads Launched For All Users
By: Navneet Kaushal 2011-04-26 Google had been running tests on its Instant Previews for Ads, the company's latest instant preview option, now it is available for all users. An AdWords blog reports that Google users running a search can now preview an ad's landing page by clicking on the icon next to the ad in the returned search results.
Instant preview for ads, according to Google, will allow customers to quickly preview a page and find out the relevancy of its content to their search instead of clicking it and going to the page for the same. For advertisers, the company says that they can expect a traffic of higher quality as the customers are aware of the advertisers' site via the preview. Additionally, since Instant Preview clicks are free of cost, advertisers are charged only when a user clicks through to their (advertisers') actual landing page. The "Instant Previews gives a graphic overview of a search result and highlights the most relevant sections, making finding the right page as quick and easy as flipping through a magazine." Google had recently added Instant Preview options for mobile and video. The Instant Previews for Ads is available for US users and will be soon out for Google users across the globe over the coming weeks. You can refer the company's Help Center for any further information on Instant Previews on ads.
