Google Will "Personalize" Your Search When You're Not Logged In
By: Jaan Kanellis 2009-12-07 OK so it seem that Google will now personalize the search experience for desktop and not users, unless your signed in. I have been prognosticating this for some time now and it seems it is here. This is or could be a big change to how or if visitors get to your website from the SERPs. No telling yet how this is effecting...
...rankings as the post just came out a few hours ago. Weird they release this late on Friday and at the same time say no major changesfrom Caffeine will be seen till next year. Well Google this could majorly effect some websites for sure. I am thinking more locally optimized sites.
