Latest Google Trademark Suit Against Blogger

Reuters has an interesting report that Google is being sued for trademark infringement - nothing new there - but this time its for allowing a Blogger to use a trademark on a blog hosted by Google's Blogspot service.
Christian evangelical group Jews for Jesus is suing...to force Google to give Jews for Jesus control of the site as well as unspecified monetary damages.
"We have a right to our own name and Google has allowed the use of our name on Blogspot without our permission," said Susan Perlman, associate executive director with Jews for Jesus.
I don't think they stand a chance, but it will be interesting to see the outcome.
