Google Cache Server Experiences Difficulties

According to a number of reports from the search engine pundits, Google's cache server was experiencing problems this morning.
Barry Schwartz indicates the Google cache server was reported down around 10 am this morning and was still dealing with technical difficulties by 12 noon. No reason was given for the outage.
As of 2:30pm EST, it appeared as if the Google cache server was working correctly. Barry tested the outage on some of the Google datacenters and discovered 64.233.161.104 is still experiencing technical difficulties, but the 66.102.7.104 center is operating as normal.
