Bloglines Promises Comprehensive Blog Search Engine

With the blogosphere continuing to makes its way into everyday life, some feel a thorough search engine for blogs is lacking.
With this approach in mind, the CEO of Bloglines.com, Mark Fletcher spoke to BusinessWeek.com about launching a "world-class blog search engine". Much to the surprise of Technorati, Feedster, PubSub and IceRocket, Fletcher feels one doesn't exist has of right now.
Actually, it appears as if Fletcher's goal is to make the best blog search engine on the market, and he envisions Bloglines organizing and providing relevant feeds to the user's desktop. Evidently, the search function will be integrated into the Bloglines notifier, or another widget of this type will be developed.
Fletcher hopes to have a comprehensive Bloglines search engine by this summer.
