Does position weaver still work on all search engines?

No, no, and no.
The fact that SearchPositioning.com's website is no longer even online, and that PositionWeaver.com is nowhere to be found on the Google search engine, should tell you enough.
I can't recommend any software that automatically generates "doorway pages." Search engines look for these kinds of automated doorway pages, but not because they like them. They look for them so they can ban your site from their index.
