Google, Bing And Hacking

Microsofts new search engine Bing carries with it all the Google hacking goodness that anyone could ever want. Google hacking just became Bing Hacking.
All the major search engines can be used for Google hacking, and Bing is no exception to that rule. Running through some of the better known Google hacks and working them out in Bing is amazingly revealing, in that while Google hacking has grown pass, Bing hacking actually returns more results, and in many cases better results for some of the old standard Google hacks that we have grown used to in information security.
As always, you do not want to be the security engineer for any of these companies, nor do you want to be the programmer when the software is custom code for any of these companies either.
"supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource" http://www.bing.com/search?q=%22supplied+argument+is+not+a+valid+MySQL+result+resource%22&go=&form=QBRE
"# Dumping data for table" http://www.bing.com/search?q=%22%23+Dumping+data+for+table%22&go=&form=QBRE
"Network Vulnerability Assessment Report" http://www.bing.com/search?q=%22Network+Vulnerability+Assessment+Report%22&go=&form=QBRE
This list could keep on going all day. These are just a few of the hacks out of the Google Hacking Database, and many of the newer Google hacks work really good in Bing. If anything Bing might actually work better than Google does. All these hacks also work in Yahoo, meaning you can pretty much troll the network looking for stray information, without many problems, or moving past the search engine itself. Depending on how the search engine works, attacks like these are alive and well in Microsofts new search engine. Comments
