Verify Code Option Removed From AdWords
By: Navneet Kaushal 2008-11-10 As per recent reports, Google has seemingly removed the verify code tool from Google Adwords. Issues with using the same option, namely the Verify Code option, have led to this conclusion. AdWords Pros are trying to figure out the reason behind this move of Google. Some of them have reasoned that this move can be in support of the whole process of phasing out of the PPA (Pay Per Action) actions. The company had dropped the PPA program from its services some months ago, back in July. If one would recall, the 'verify code' option was one of the numerous features that came along with the PPA advertisements. Google AdWords had started to phase out this feature (PPA) from September of this year. This move by Google will lead users to check conversations the primitive way, by completing the test conversion and checking the reports. This move might just help some advertisers who were looking for something similar.
