Google's number one spam fighter recently returned to the Googleplex from a vacation, and during his absence someone has made him an objet d'art online.

Could this be another piece of retaliation from BMW? After the company's German site was bounced by Cutts from Google's index for using duplicate content, the company seemed to take a shot at Cutts' employer in response with its "The Search for yourself doesn't run on Google" motorcycle ad.

But something even more insidious, more dastardly, has reared its head on the web.

Someone, somewhere, has turned Matt Cutts into a paper dress-up doll.

In addition to the obligatory pants and Google shirts, black hat search engine spammers can drop a "Super No-Spam Man" costume or a swashbuckler's outfit on Google's best-known engineer outside of the executive offices.

If Cartoon Doll Emporium suddenly plunges out of the Google index, we'll all know why. Or maybe he'll use this site instead to express his reaction to the online paper doll cutters.
