The blog post conveyed saying, "Today we want to inform you that we've updated AdWords policies with a third-party policy section that includes above reporting and disclosure requirements. We've also clarified enforcement and non-compliance handling, as well as let advertisers know how to contact us if they have any complaints about third parties. Some policies that apply to all third parties are:

• Third parties should at minimum provide advertisers with monthly data on AdWords costs, clicks, and impressions at the account level (As required by your applicable terms of service).
• All third parties primarily serving small to medium-sized clients are required to provide the Google Disclosure Notice.
• Third parties may not engage in unclear, deceptive, or harassing sales practices.
• Third parties may not misrepresent their relationship to Google and so on.

If an advertiser discovers a third party partner in violating the above mentioned policies, the advertiser can notify Google using the "Contact Us" form at AdWords Help Center. Google targets to improve the experience of the advertisers while they are working with third-party partners by making them know how AdWords is working for them and also know what to expect from third parties.
