Google Looks At Local As Its Fourth Pilar

Thats what Marissa Mayer said are Googles four key areas in her interview with TechCrunch " Contextual Discovery " Google Results Without Search. Marissa recently moved positions to head a new group within Google that includes Local Search, Maps, Earth, Latitude, and all the local products. It's nice to see Local right up there as a priority on par with Search for Google. They obviously see it as a key growth area. What a fun space to be in! Also in this interview
