Google Comes With October 2009 Toolbar PageRank Update!
By: Navneet Kaushal 2009-11-02 In contrast to the bold statement that Webmasters shouldn't solely focus on the PageRank, Google has come up with the Google Toolbar PageRank update last night. It was only fifteen days ago that Google dropped the PageRank values from the Webmaster Tools and the search community raised a brow on it. Google gave the last PageRank update in June 2009. We all know that a Toolbar PageRank is only a guide for searchers and webmasters. It is a snapshot of the internal PageRank that is taken every months, which means it is far different from the current report. The PageRank has nothing to do with the change in ranking and the shown in toolbar don't have any impact on Google ranking. Still the latest PageRank update from Google is a mixed message to SEOs and Webmasters.
