Product Specific AdWords Listing Google Test
By: Matthew Elshaw 2009-08-17 Googles started yet another test with their AdWords listings, by experimenting with a new layout for product specific ads. Googles been testing specific product listings in their AdWords platform for a while now and it appears that this is yet another variation of this test. Heres what the new layout looks like:
Google has been exploring various ways to integrate products from Google Base into AdWords listings since around November 2007. Search Engine Land has a nice rundown of how the test has evolved in this time. Here are some examples:
Theres no doubt these listings will stand out from others, especially when images are included. A Google spokesperson has confirmed the feature which theyre calling the Adwords Product Plusbox,
