“Duplicate Meta Data, A Strict No, No!

In response to a Webmaster's query, Google has responded... by saying that although Google does not penalize Webmasters, still it does discourage them from using Duplicate Meta Tags. Here are the excerpts from the thread at Google Groups: So I know there has been some chit-chat about the duplicate Meta-Data On my site I have my description I have a few standard words such as, "Dyn.City & Dyn.Name Review, Dyn.City & Dyn.Name Ratings, Dyn.City & But Google Webmaster Tools is still telling me that it's duplicate Any possible suggestions, sorry if it's not that clear.
