Ill-Advised Ads For Google Some critics maintain that Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) can give away Gmail, Google Docs, Google Analytics, and all sorts of fabulous free tools, but the company's only really successful business is paid search ads. Those critics would not be surprised by Googles latest attempt to make some money from their massive investment in YouTube Inc.: paid search ads.
